Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób nukleacji izotaktycznego polipropylenu, który polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie miesza się: 70 do 90 części wagowych izotaktycznego polipropylenu w stanie stopionym,  10 do 30 części wagowych soli di-podstawionego grupą alkilową lub arylową kwasu fosforowego(V) o wzorze ogólnym: [(RO)<sub>2</sub>PO<sub>2</sub>]<sub>n</sub>M<sup>n+</sup> lub 10 do 20 części wagowych soli mono-podstawionego grupą alkilową lub arylową kwasu fosforowego(V) o wzorze ogólnym: [ROPO<sub>3</sub>]<sub>n</sub>M<sub>2</sub><sup>n+</sup> gdzie: R = grupa alkilowa lub arylowa, n=1 albo 2 albo 3, wartość równa wartościowości metalu, M - metal jedno-, albo dwu-, albo trójwartościowy, a w drugim etapie do wytłaczarki wprowadza się 0,5 do 10 części wagowych koncentratu otrzymanego w pierwszym etapie oraz taką ilość polipropylenu, aby zawartość nukleanta w polimerze wynosiła od 0,1 do 1 części wagowych, z szybkością zapewniającą kontaktowanie się składników w czasie nie krótszym niż 1 minuta.
