Abstract

System próżniowy do nanoszenia cieczy na obiekt, zawierający pierwszy moduł do wytwarzania próżni, drugi moduł z komorą użytkownika i komorą wstrzykiwania do nanoszenia cieczy na obiekt w warunkach próżni, trzeci moduł zawierający układ podzespołów do przygotowania cieczy z doprowadzeniem cieczy do igły wstrzykującej, przy czym pierwszy moduł jest szczelnie połączony z drugim modułem i drugi moduł jest szczelnie połączony z trzecim modułem, znamienny tym, że drugi moduł (B) jest połączony z trzecim modułem (C) za pomocą szczelnego systemu przesuwu liniowego (13), przez który przechodzi igła (11) wstrzykująca ciecz przygotowaną w trzecim module (C) tak, że igła (11) wystaje z systemu przesuwu liniowego (13) do wnętrza komory wstrzykiwania (9) w drugim module (B) i jest ruchoma w osi poziomej względem znajdującego się w drugim module (B) obiektu (10), na który ma zostać natryśnięta ciecz z igły (11). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób nanoszenia cieczy na obiekt w systemie próżniowym.
