Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate machining and assembling and to suppress uncomfortableness based on noise by coupling a fuel path integrally with a fuel rail and forming the fuel rail integrally with an intake manifold. CONSTITUTION:In case of a fixing structure for fuel injector of a so-called bottom field type injector 4 for intermittently injecting liquid fuel through a fuel path 5 of a fuel rail 3 and an injection hole 12 at the tip of a valve 11, the fuel rail 3 and the intake manifold 2 are formed integrally. Since respective injectors 4 require single positioning, machining and assembling of injector are facilitated. Furthermore, since reciprocating noise of valve 11 produced from the injector 4 is transmitted directly to the intake manifold 2, uncomfortableness caused by noise produced from the fuel injector 33 can be suppressed considerably.
