Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób utleniania alfa-pinenu w obecności katalizatora węglowego, według zgłoszenia, prowadzi się je pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, w temperaturze nie niższej niż 80°C, z intensywnością mieszania 500 obrotów/minutę, przy czym do reaktora wprowadza się w pierwszej kolejności alfa-pinen, później katalizator, na samym końcu doprowadza się tlen przez bełkotkę przepływ tlenu 40 ml/minutę. Istota zgłoszenia polega na tym, że utlenianie prowadzi się w temperaturze od 80 - 140°C, w czasie od 1 do 24 godzin, w mieszaninie reakcyjnej w ilości 0,1-1,5% wagowych, zaś jako katalizator węglowy stosuje się katalizator otrzymany przez aktywację chemiczną roztworem KOH i karbonizację odpadowego materiału roślinnego w postaci szyszek sosny. Aby otrzymać katalizator węglowy szyszki sosny rozdrabnia się wstępnie za pomocą noża, a później mieli, a rozdrobniony materiał suszy się następnie w temperaturze 60°C przez 8 dni. Później prowadzi się impregnację materiału nasyconym roztworem KOH przez 3 godziny w temperaturze pokojowej, po czym zaimpregnowany materiał suszy się w temperaturze 200°C przez 19 godzin. Po suszeniu materiał rozciera się w moździerzu i prowadzi się jego karbonizację w temperaturach: 700, 750, 800, 850, 900, 950 lub 1000°C i w atmosferze azotu (przepływ 18 l/h), następnie otrzymany materiał rozciera się w moździerzu. Po czym, w celu wymycia produktów rozkładu wodorotlenku potasu, płucze się materiał wodą destylowaną, IM roztworem HCl i ponownie wodą aż do uzyskania odczynu obojętnego, potem materiał suszy się w temperaturze 200°C przez 19 godzin otrzymując produkt w postaci czarnego proszku, o składzie zależnym od temperatury karbonizacji.
