Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy wielowarstwowej powlekanej powierzchni dekoracyjnej, wolnej od emisji formaldehydu. Powierzchnia składa się z warstwy nośnej (1) i pierwszej warstwy lakieru (2), oraz drugiej warstwy lakieru (3), przy czym lakier w pierwszej (2) i drugiej (3) warstwy lakieru zawiera związek akrylanowy i reaktywny rozcieńczalnik monomerowy. Lakier w pierwszej (2) warstwie lakieru o grubości w zakresie od 2 do 10 µm zawiera ponadto co najmniej jeden środek matujący, oraz co najmniej jeden zdyspergowany pigment oraz pierwsza warstwa lakieru (2) jest nałożona bezpośrednio na warstwę nośną (1) i pokrywa całą powierzchnię warstwy nośnej (1), a druga warstwa lakieru (3) o grubości w zakresie od 2 do 10 µm jest nałożona bezpośrednio na pierwszą warstwę lakieru (2) i pokrywa całą powierzchnię pierwszej warstwa lakieru (2). Wynalazek dotyczy również sposobu otrzymywania takiej powierzchni. Powierzchnia, znajduje zastosowanie jako zewnętrzna warstwa płyt meblarskich.
