Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania sypkiego złoża ziarnistego z odpadu po procesach obróbki strumieniowo-ściernej powierzchni metalowych, który polega na tym, że drobnoziarnisty odpad powstały w wyniku obróbki strumieniowo-ściernej powierzchni metalowych wprowadza się do granulatora talerzowego o działaniu okresowym, po czym materiał umieszczony w granulatorze poddaje się mieszaniu, a następnie w trakcie mieszania natryskuje się granulowane złoże wodnym roztworem szkła wodnego sodowego lub potasowego i po zakończeniu natryskiwania miesza się dalej materiał, po czym powstałe aglomeraty suszy się lub bez suszenia zanurza się w mieszaninie żywicy poliestrowej nienasyconej i inicjatora polimeryzacji poddawanej wytrząsaniu na wytrząsarce, po czym aglomeraty pokryte polimerem suszy się, przy czym aglomeracji i kapsułkowaniu poddaje się odpad drobnoziarnisty o wilgotności do 3% i uziarnieniu do 3,15 mm.The subject of the application is a method of producing a loose granular bed of waste after the processes of abrasive blasting of metal surfaces, which consists in the fact that the fine-grained waste resulting from the blasting of metal surfaces is introduced into a disc granulator with a periodic effect, and then the material placed in the granulator is mixed, and then, while mixing, the granulated bed is sprayed with an aqueous solution of sodium or potassium water glass and, after spraying, the material is further mixed, then the resulting agglomerates are dried or, without drying, immersed in the mixture of unsaturated polyester resin and the polymerization initiator subjected to shaking on a shaker, then the polymer-coated agglomerates are dried, the fine-grained waste with a moisture content of up to 3% and a grain size of 3.15 mm is agglomerated and encapsulated.
