Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób produkcji żywności ekstrudowanej i produkt żywnościowy ekstrudowany. Produkcja sposobem według wynalazku rozpoczyna się etapem pobierania produktów zbożowych, które są pełnowartościowym surowcem dostarczanym w postaci produktu ziarnistego lub otrąb powstających w procesie przygotowania ziaren zbóż do ekspandowania, kasz, kasz łamanych, kaszek, są też surowcami zbożowymi ekspandowanymi oraz surowcami zbożowymi pochodzącymi z procesu ekspandowania niezależnego od sposobu według wynalazku, czyli przykładowo ziaren ekspandowanych lub otrąb. Następuje ocena wizualna składników, kompletowanie wsadu i dodatkowa detekcja, po czym wsad poddaje się mieleniu i następnie dokładnemu wymieszaniu. W czasie mielenia dodaje się inne surowce sypkie, takie jak premix witaminowy, dodatki smakowe, suszone owoce w proszku. Wymieszane składniki trafiają do zbiornika buforowego, a stamtąd do kondycjonera, gdzie dodawana jest woda i para wodna i poddawane są ekstruzji. Ekstrudat suszy się, chłodzi i przekazuje do konfekcjonowania.
