Abstract

Automatyczny podajnik matryc flexograficznych i/lub typograficznych ma korpus. We wnętrzu korpusu znajdują się prowadnice pionowe (2) oraz zespół kaset, z boków którego wychodzą elementy prowadzące (4) przylegające do fragmentów powierzchni ślizgowych prowadnic pionowych (2). Zespół kaset tworzy połączenie w równych odstępach, rozmieszczonych jeden nad drugim, co najmniej trzech elementów (3a). Element (3a) ma poziomą powierzchnię górną. W widoku z góry element (3a) ma szereg równych, wzajemnie równoległych zagłębień. W połączeniu elementów (3a) prostokątne zagłębienia pokrywają się tworząc w zespole kaset kanały komunikacyjne. W kanałach komunikacyjnych znajdują się zamocowane na korpusie przenośniki taśmowe (5) oraz czujniki. W korpusie usytuowany jest również napęd posuwu pionowego zespołu kaset, przy czym elementy nieruchome (7a) napędu posuwu pionowego są przymocowane do zespołu kaset, natomiast elementy ruchome (7a) napędu posuwu pionowego są zamocowane na korpusie.
