Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest aptamer wykazujący powinowactwo do białka ADAM10 zawierający sekwencję nukleotydową wybraną z SEQ ID NO 1 lub jej region zmienny, kompozycja farmaceutyczna zawierająca aptamer jak określono, oraz zastosowanie aptameru i kompozycji jak określono w leczeniu choroby mediowanej białkiem ADAM10, przy czym leczoną chorobą mediowaną białkiem ADAM10 jest stan zapalny lub nowotwór.
