Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób utleniania α-pinenu w obecności katalizatora ZSM-5, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, z intensywnością mieszania 500 obr/minutę, w atmosferze tlenu, który charakteryzuje się tym, że bezrozpuszczalnikowy proces prowadzi się w obecności tlenu podawanego z butli z szybkością 40 ml/min, przy czym katalizatory ZSM-5 stosuje się w ilości od 0,025% wagowych do 5% wagowych w mieszaninie reakcyjnej. Stosuje się katalizatory: ZSM-5 TZP-302 o stosunku molowym SiO2/Al2O3 = 25-30, ZSM-5 TZP-3012 o stosunku molowym SiO2/Al2O3 = 300-350 i TZP-ZSM-5 9022 o stosunku molowym SiO2/Al2O3 >1000. Proces prowadzi się w temperaturze 75-110°C, w czasie od 1 do 48 godzin. Do reaktora szklanego wprowadza się w pierwszej kolejności α-pinen, później katalizator, na samym końcu doprowadza się tlen przez bełkotkę.The subject of the application is a method of oxidation of α-pinene in the presence of a ZSM-5 catalyst, at atmospheric pressure, with a stirring intensity of 500 rpm, in an oxygen atmosphere, which is characterized in that the solvent-free process is carried out in the presence of oxygen fed from a cylinder at a speed of 40 ml / min, with the ZSM-5 catalysts being used in an amount of 0.025 wt% to 5 wt% in the reaction mixture. The following catalysts are used: ZSM-5 TZP-302 with a molar ratio of SiO2 / Al2O3 = 25-30, ZSM-5 TZP-3012 with a molar ratio of SiO2 / Al2O3 = 300-350 and TZP-ZSM-5 9022 with a molar ratio of SiO2 / Al2O3 > 1000. The process is carried out at the temperature of 75-110 ° C for 1 to 48 hours. First of all, α-pinene is introduced into the glass reactor, then the catalyst, and finally oxygen is supplied through a sparger.
