Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób izomeryzacji geraniolu, w obecności katalizatora, w fazie ciekłej, który charakteryzuje się tym, że jako katalizator stosuje się klinoptylolit mający postać proszku o średnim rozmiarze cząstek wynoszącym 50 mikronów w ilości 2,5 - 15% wagowych w mieszaninie reakcyjnej. Stosuje się klinoptylolit o następującym składzie: SiO2 - 65-72% wagowy, Al2O3 - 10-12% wagowy, CaO - 2,4-3,7% wagowy,K2O - 2,5-3,8% wagowy, Fe2O3 - 0,7-1,9% wagowy, MgO - 0,9-1,2% wagowy, Na2O - 0,1-0,5% wagowy, MnO - 0-0,08% wagowy, Cr2O3 - 0-0,01% wagowy, P2O5 - 0,02-0,03% wagowy. Proces izomeryzacji prowadzi się w temperaturze 80 - 150°C, w czasie od 30 minut do 24 godzin, w atmosferze powietrza, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, z intensywnością mieszania 500 obr/minutę. Do reaktora wprowadza się w pierwszej kolejności geraniol, a później katalizator.The subject of the application is a process for the isomerization of geraniol in the presence of a catalyst in the liquid phase, which is characterized in that the catalyst is clinoptilolite having an average particle size of 50 microns in an amount of 2.5-15% by weight in the reaction mixture. Clinoptilolite is used with the following composition: SiO2 - 65-72% by weight, Al2O3 - 10-12% by weight, CaO - 2.4-3.7% by weight, K2O - 2.5-3.8% by weight, Fe2O3 - 0 , 7-1.9% by weight, MgO - 0.9-1.2% by weight, Na2O - 0.1-0.5% by weight, MnO - 0-0.08% by weight, Cr2O3 - 0-0.01 % by weight, P2O5 - 0.02-0.03% by weight. The isomerization process is carried out at the temperature of 80-150 ° C, for 30 minutes to 24 hours, in the air atmosphere, under atmospheric pressure, with the intensity of stirring 500 rpm. First, the geraniol is introduced into the reactor, followed by the catalyst.
