Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób izomeryzacji geraniolu w obecności katalizatora, według zgłoszenia, w fazie ciekłej, przy ilości katalizatora od 1 do 10% wagowych, w temperaturze 50 - 80°C, w atmosferze powietrza i pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, z intensywnością mieszania 500 obr./min, przy czym do reaktora wprowadza się w pierwszej kolejności geraniol, a później katalizator. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że jako katalizator stosuje się almandyn o następującym składzie: SiO<sub>2</sub> 39%, A1<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 21%, Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 17% CaO 9,5%, Fe<sub>2</sub>O 8%, MgO 5%, TiO<sub>2</sub> 0,05%. Korzystnie proces izomeryzacji geraniolu prowadzi się w czasie od 15 minut do 24 godzin.The subject of the application is a method of isomerization of geraniol in the presence of a catalyst, according to the application, in the liquid phase, with the amount of catalyst from 1 to 10% by weight, at a temperature of 50 - 80°C, in an air atmosphere and at atmospheric pressure, with a mixing intensity of 500 rpm. min, whereby geraniol is introduced into the reactor first, and then the catalyst. The method is characterized by the fact that almandine with the following composition is used as a catalyst: SiO<sub>2</sub> 39%, A1<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 21%, Fe< sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 17% CaO 9.5%, Fe<sub>2</sub>O 8%, MgO 5%, TiO<sub>2</sub> 0.05%. Preferably, the geraniol isomerization process is carried out for a period of 15 minutes to 24 hours.
