Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób utleniania α-pinenu w obecności katalizatora TS-1 o zawartości tytanu 5,42% wagowych, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, z intensywnością mieszania 500 obr./minutę, w atmosferze tlenu, który to sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że katalizator TS-1 stosuje się w ilości od 0,1% wagowego do 0,99% wagowych w mieszaninie reakcyjnej, przy czym tlen podaje się z szybkością 40 ml/min. Proces prowadzi się w temperaturze 75°C i w czasie od 1 do 6 godzin. Do reaktora szklanego wprowadza się w pierwszej kolejności α-pinen, a później katalizator.The subject of the application is a method for the oxidation of α-pinene in the presence of a TS-1 catalyst with a titanium content of 5.42% by weight, at atmospheric pressure, with a stirring intensity of 500 rpm, in an oxygen atmosphere, which is characterized by the fact that the TS catalyst -1 is used in an amount from 0.1% by weight to 0.99% by weight in the reaction mixture, with oxygen being supplied at a rate of 40 ml/min. The process is carried out at a temperature of 75°C and for a period of 1 to 6 hours. α-pinene is first introduced into the glass reactor, and then the catalyst.
