Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób spieniania asfaltu z zastosowaniem dodatku dwuskładnikowego, który jest dodawany do mieszanki mineralnej przed dozowaniem asfaltu, co pozwala na obniżenie temperatury produkcji mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej, przy zachowaniu ciągu technologicznej jak podczas produkcji mieszanek na gorąco. Sposób spieniania asfaltu z zastosowaniem dodatku dwuskładnikowego zawierającego zeolit syntetyczny oraz z zastosowaniem mieszanki mineralnej polega na tym, że do zeolitu syntetycznego wymieszanego z wermikulitem w proporcjach wagowych od 1: 4 do 4: 1 dodaje się wodę w ilości od 25 do 200% wagowych suchej mieszanki i miesza się do momentu uzyskania mieszaniny o jednolitej strukturze. Następnie dodaje się tą wytworzoną mieszaninę do mieszanki mineralnej o temperaturze od 110 do 135°C i miesza się przez czas od 15 do 180 s, przy czym stosunek masy mieszaniny, do założonej masy mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej wynosi od 0,2 do 2% wagowych. W dalszej kolejności dodaje się asfalt rozgrzany do temperatury od 140 do 175°C i miesza się i mieszano do momentu całkowitego otoczenia kruszyw spienionym asfaltem. Mieszankę mineralno-asfaltową kondycjonuje się i zagęszcza w temperaturze od 105 do 130°C w czasie od 15 do 60 min.The subject of the invention is a method of foaming asphalt with the use of a two-component additive, which is added to the mineral mix before asphalt dosing, which allows to lower the production temperature of the asphalt-asphalt mix, while maintaining the technological line as during the production of hot mixes. The method of foaming asphalt with the use of a two-component additive containing synthetic zeolite and with the use of a mineral mixture consists in adding water in an amount of 25 to 200% by weight of the dry mix to the synthetic zeolite mixed with vermiculite in a ratio of 1: 4 to 4: 1. and mixed until the mixture is homogeneous. Then, this mixture is added to the mineral mix at a temperature of 110 to 135 ° C and mixed for 15 to 180 s, the ratio of the weight of the mixture to the assumed weight of the asphalt mixture is 0.2 to 2% by weight. . Subsequently, asphalt heated to a temperature of 140 to 175 ° C is added and mixed and mixed until the aggregates are completely surrounded by foamed asphalt. The asphalt mix is conditioned and compacted at a temperature of 105 to 130 ° C for 15 to 60 minutes.
