Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób spieniania lepiszcza asfaltowego z użyciem zeolitu nasączonego wodą pozwalający na obniżenie lepkości asfaltu. Pozwoli to na obniżenie temperatury produkcji i zagęszczania mieszanek mineralno-asfaltowych oraz poprawę ich zagęszczalności. Sposób spieniania lepiszcza asfaltowego, polega na tym, że do zeolitu naturalnego dodaje się olej silnikowy w ilości od 15 do 40% w stosunku do masy zeolitu naturalnego i miesza się do momentu uzyskania mieszaniny o jednolitej strukturze. Następnie dodaje się mieszaninę w ilości od 2% do 10% wagowo w stosunku do masy lepiszcza asfaltowego do gorącego lepiszcza asfaltowego rozgrzanego do temperatury od 145°C do 180°C. W dalszej kolejności miesza się do momentu rozpoczęcia spieniania lepiszcza asfaltowego.The subject of the invention is a method of foaming asphalt binder with the use of zeolite impregnated with water, which allows the viscosity of asphalt to be reduced. The method of foaming the asphalt binder consists in adding 15 to 40% of engine oil to natural zeolite based on the weight of natural zeolite and mixing until a mixture with a uniform structure is obtained. The mixture is then added in an amount of 2% to 10% by weight based on the weight of the asphalt binder to the hot asphalt binder heated to a temperature of 145 ° C to 180 ° C. It is then mixed until foaming of the asphalt binder begins.
