Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej zastosowaniem dwuskładnikowego mineralnego dodatku, o obniżonej temperaturze produkcji z dodatkiem granulatu asfaltowego. Sposób wytwarzania mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej z zastosowaniem dwuskładnikowego mineralnego dodatku, w którym składnikami są mieszanka mineralna, asfalt, granulat asfaltowy, olej silnikowy oraz dodatek mineralny nasączony wodą, polega na tym że do zeolitu naturalnego wymieszanego z wermikulitem w proporcjach masowych od 1 :4 do 4:1 dodaje się wodę w ilości od 25 do 150% wagowych suchej mieszanki i miesza się do momentu uzyskania mieszaniny o jednolitej strukturze. Następnie mieszaninę w ilości od 2 do 10% wagowo w stosunku do masy asfaltu dodaje się do gorącego asfaltu o temperaturze od 140 do 175°C i miesza się do momentu rozpoczęcia spieniania asfaltu. The method of producing a mineral-asphalt mixture with the use of a two-component mineral additive, the ingredients of which are a mineral mix, asphalt, asphalt granulate, engine oil and a mineral additive soaked in water, consists in the fact that natural zeolite mixed with vermiculite in mass proportions from 1: 4 to 4: 1, water in an amount of 25 to 150% by weight of the dry mix is added and mixed until a uniform structure is obtained. Then, the mixture in an amount of 2 to 10% by weight of the asphalt weight is added to the hot asphalt at a temperature of 140 to 175 ° C and mixed until the asphalt starts to expand. Separately, motor oil is added to the asphalt granulate in an amount of 2 to 10% by weight of the asphalt contained in the asphalt granulate, and these components are added to the mineral mix at a temperature of 110 to 135 ° C and mixed for 15 to 180 seconds. foamed asphalt is formed and mixed until the aggregates are completely surrounded by the foamed asphalt. The asphalt mix is then compacted at a temperature of 105 to 130 ° C.
