Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytworzenia polioli z biomasy roślinnej polegający na tym, że jako biomasę stosuje się drewno miękkie lub twarde albo korę drewna miękkiego i/lub twardego o wielkości ziarna od 50 do 800 µm, które poddaje się procesowi solwolizy w obecności rozpuszczalnika lub mieszaniny rozpuszczalników przy ilości biomasy od 1 - 50% masy rozpuszczalnika przy udziale katalizatora w postaci kwasu lub zasady lub kwasu i zasady, w ilości od 0,01 do 20% wag. w stosunku do rozpuszczalnika. Proces prowadzi się w temperaturze od 80 do 300°C w czasie od 60 do 600 min, korzystnie od 60 do 360 min, a następnie uzyskany poliol zobojętnia się przy zastosowaniu kwasu lub zasady.
