Abstract
Przedmiot wynalazku stanowią startery oligonukleotydowe oraz sonda molekularna do wykrywania patogenów grzybowych należących do rodzaju Colletotrichum o sekwencjach nr 1, 2 i 3, przedstawionych na liście sekwencji. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób wykrywania fitopatogenicznego grzyba z rodzaju Colletotrichum, z zastosowaniem w reakcji qPCR wyżej wymienionej pary starterów i sondy molekularnej.
