Przedmiotem wynalazku są startery oligonukleotydowe oraz sonda molekularna do wykrywania patogenów grzybowych należących do rodzaju Verticillium o sekwencjach nr 1, 2 i 3. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób wykrywania fitopatogenicznego grzyba z rodzaju Verticillium z zastosowaniem w reakcji qPCR powyższej pary starterów i sondy molekularnej.
