Abstract
Przedmiot wynalazku stanowią startery oligonukleotydowe oraz sonda molekularna do wykrywania patogenów grzybowych należących do rodzaju Botrytis o sekwencjach nr 1, 2 i 3, przedstawionych na liście sekwencji. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób wykrywania fitopatogenicznego grzyba z rodzaju Botrytis, w którym w reakcji qPCR stosuje się wymienioną powyżej parę starterów i sondę molekularną.
