Abstract
Sposób montażu elementów dachowej obróbki charakteryzuje się tym, że elementy obróbki dachowej jak pas podrynnowy (1.1, 1.2), pas nadrynnowy (2.1, 2.2) mocowane są do podkonstrukcji dachowej przez co najmniej jeden pionowy otwór montażowy i co najmniej jeden poziomy otwór montażowy wkrętami montażowymi lub innymi typowymi łącznikami. Panele wiatrownicy dolnej (3.1, 3.2) mocowane są do podkonstrukcji dachowej przez podwójne otwory montażowe wykonane w wzdłużnym zagięciu na górnej krawędzi elementu i przez otwory montażowe w wtłoczeniach (miseczkach) wkrętami montażowymi z niskim łbem. Dwa sąsiadujące ze sobą elementy obróbki dachowej jak pasy podrynnowe (1.1, 1.2), pasy nadrynnowe (2.1, 2.2), wiatrownice dolne (3.1, 3.2), wiatrownice wewnętrzne (4.1, 4.2), wiatrownice zewnętrzne (5.1, 5.2), panele obróbki przyściennej (8.1, 8.2) są łączone przez nałożenie i następnie nasunięcie na siebie do wyczuwalnego oporu swych bocznych brzegów przy jednoczesnym wsunięciu zamka w wejście z ścięciem wprowadzającym wzdłużnego zagięcia. Dodatkowo wiatrownica zewnętrzna i wiatrownica wewnętrzna są łączone ze sobą przez nałożenie wzdłużnego dwuzagięcia o mniejszym kącie zgięcia na wzdłużne zagięcie o większym kącie zgięcia na zasadzie zatrzasku. Natomiast wiatrownica wewnętrzna i rynna koszowa są mocowane za pomocą klamer, których zagięcia kątowej części są wprowadzane w szczelinowe otwory wzdłużnych zagięć wiatrownicy i rynny, a płaska część klamry poprzez swój wzdłużny otwór mocowana jest do elementów konstrukcji dachowej wkrętami montażowymi. Zestaw montażowy elementów dachowej obróbki według wynalazku charakteryzuje się tym, że złożony jest z pasów podrynnowych (1.1, 1.2) w wykonaniu lewym i prawym, pasów nadrynnowych (2.1, 2.2) w wykonaniu lewym i prawym, paneli wiatrownicy dolnej (3.1, 3.2) w wykonaniu lewym i prawym, paneli wiatrownicy wewnętrznej (4.1, 4.2) w wykonaniu lewym i prawym, paneli wiatrownicy zewnętrznej (5.1, 5.2) w wykonaniu lewy i prawym, arkuszy rynny koszowej (6.1, 6.2), paneli obróbki przyściennej (8.1, 8.2) w wykonaniu lewym i prawym oraz klamer (7).The method of mounting the roof flashing elements is characterized by the fact that the roof flashing elements, such as the gutter strip (1.1, 1.2), the gutter flashing (2.1, 2.2), are attached to the roof substructure through at least one vertical mounting hole and at least one horizontal mounting hole with mounting screws or other conventional fasteners. The lower windchest panels (3.1, 3.2) are attached to the roof substructure through double mounting holes made in the longitudinal fold on the upper edge of the element and through mounting holes in the recesses (cups) with low-head mounting screws. Two adjacent roofing elements, such as gutter belts (1.1, 1.2), gutter belts (2.1, 2.2), lower gable girders (3.1, 3.2), internal gable girders (4.1, 4.2), external gutter girders (5.1, 5.2), flashing panels wall (8.1, 8.2) are connected by placing and then sliding them over to the perceptible resistance of their side edges, while at the same time sliding the lock into the entrance with the introductory cut of the longitudinal fold. Additionally, the outer wind girder and the internal wind gasket are connected to each other by applying a longitudinal bend with a smaller bend angle to a longitudinal bend with a greater bend angle by means of a snap. On the other hand, the inner wind girder and the valley gutter are fastened with clamps, the bends of the angular part of which are introduced into the slotted holes of the longitudinal bends of the wind gutter and gutter, and the flat part of the clamp through its longitudinal opening is fastened to the roof structure elements with assembly screws. The assembly set of roof treatment elements according to the invention is characterized by the fact that it consists of gutter strips (1.1, 1.2) in the left and right version, gutter strips (2.1, 2.2) in the left and right version, lower wind girder panels (3.1, 3.2) in left and right versions, internal wind girder panels (4.1, 4.2) left and right versions, external wind girder panels (5.1, 5.2) left and right versions, valley gutter sheets (6.1, 6.2), wall flashing panels (8.1, 8.2) in the left and right version as well as buckles (7).
