Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for the preparation of a bone scaffold based on flouoroapatite and a polymer. The method consists in adding porous granules of calcium-fluorine phosphate ceramics to an aqueous suspension of ß-1,3-glucan (curdlan), containing from 8 to 20, preferably 10-14 parts by weight of curdane per 100 parts by weight of water. size 0.1-1 mm in an amount of 3 to 9.5, preferably 4 to 8 parts by weight of granules per 1 part by weight of curdling, and mixed until uniform mass is obtained, after which the obtained precursor is placed in molds and heated. The subject of the application is also a bone scaffold that contains thermally polymerized ß-1,3-glucan (curdlan), previously hydrated, the aqueous curdlate suspension containing 8 to 20 parts by weight of curdane per 100 parts by weight of water and a phosphate-calcium-fluorine ceramic. in the form of granules with a size of 0.1 - 1 mm, the proportion of solids being from 3 to 9.5 parts by weight of granules per 1 part by weight of curdlan.
