Sposób przetwarzania olejów spożywczych posmażalniczych na spoiwo budowlane, polega na tym, że olej spożywczy posmażalniczy filtruje się, a następnie filtrat poddaje się katalizie przez mieszanie z kwasem siarkowym(VI) o stężeniu 75% do 95% przy stosunku masowym kwasu do oleju od 1:8 do 1:40, z prędkością obrotową od 400 obr./min. do 1200 obr./min. w temperaturze od 15°C do 35°C przez okres od 5 min. do 80 min.
