Abstract
Budynek jest złożony z samonośnych modułów wykonanych jako trójwymiarowe elementy prefabrykowane, posiadających ścianę elewacyjną uformowaną wraz z częścią podłogową i częścią dachową, z których montowane są pojedyncze segmenty budynku zawierające dwa przeciwstawne moduły ze ścianą elewacyjną, połączone bokami z usytuowanymi równolegle pionowymi przegrodami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi. W skład pojedynczych segmentów wchodzą moduły podstawowe (SS) wykonane jako trójwymiarowe elementy prefabrykowane w kształcie litery E, z poziomym żelbetowym stropem pomiędzy częścią podłogową i częścią dachową, a pionowe przegrody wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne stanowią samonośne prefabrykowane adaptory wewnętrzne (IA) i zewnętrzne (EA) zawierające żelbetową konstrukcję nośną dopasowaną do kształtu połączonych z nimi modułów, wypełnienie zawierające zbrojenie pionowe wzmacniające nośność przegrody, oraz złącza kształtowe dopasowane do złączy kształtowych uformowanych na bokach połączonych z nimi modułów, a w skład budynku wchodzą co najmniej dwa pojedyncze segmenty z modułami podstawowymi (SS) połączonymi bokami za pośrednictwem adaptorów wewnętrznych (IA).The building is composed of self-supporting modules made as three-dimensional prefabricated elements, having a façade wall formed together with a floor part and a roof part, from which individual building segments are assembled, comprising two opposing modules with a facade wall, connected by sides with parallel internal and external vertical partitions. The single segments include basic modules (SS) made as three-dimensional prefabricated E-shaped elements with a horizontal reinforced concrete ceiling between the floor part and the roof part, and the vertical internal and external partitions are self-supporting prefabricated internal (IA) and external (EA) adapters containing a reinforced concrete load-bearing structure adapted to the shape of the connected modules, a filling containing vertical reinforcement strengthening the load-bearing capacity of a partition, and shaped joints adapted to the shaped joints formed on the sides of the modules connected to them, and the building consists of at least two individual segments with basic modules (SS) connected sideways via internal adapters (IA).
