Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest stawidło, mające zastosowanie do zabezpieczenia pozycji statywu ustawionego na płytach wykonanych z materiałów ferromagnetycznych, zwłaszcza podczas pomiarów w geodezji inżynieryjnej. Stawidło zawiera płytę prostą (1) oraz płytę zagiętą pod kątem prostym (2) i obie płyty połączone są ze sobą obrotowo za pomocą naprzemiennie rozmieszczonych na ich wewnętrznych brzegach i zawiniętych nacięć, przez które przechodzi oś (3). Do płyty zagiętej pod kątem prostym (2) przymocowana jest od dołu tulejka zewnętrzna (4) za pomocą wkrętów (5) a wewnątrz tej tulejki znajduje się magnes walcowy (6), namagnesowany osiowo i otoczony nieferromagnetyczną tulejką centrującą (7). Ponadto, swobodny koniec płyty zagiętej pod kątem prostym (2) trójkątne wycięcie. Płyty prosta (1) i płyta zagięta pod kątem prostym (2), oś (3), tulejka zewnętrzna (4) i wkręty (5) są wykonane ze stali. Nieferromagnetyczna tulejka centrująca (7) jest wykonana korzystnie z tekstolitu. Magnes walcowy (6) jest wykonany korzystnie ze spieku żelaza, neodymu i boru (tzw. magnes neodymowy).The subject of the application is a stump, used to secure the position of the tripod set on plates made of ferromagnetic materials, especially during measurements in engineering geodesy. The outer sleeve (4) is attached to the plate bent at a right angle (2) by means of screws (5) and inside this sleeve there is a cylindrical magnet (6), axially magnetized and surrounded by a non-ferromagnetic centering sleeve (7). Moreover, the free end of the plate bent at a right angle (2) has a triangular cutout. The straight plates (1) and the right-angled plate (2), the axle (3), the outer sleeve (4) and the screws (5) are made of steel. The non-ferromagnetic centering sleeve (7) is preferably made of textolite. The cylinder magnet (6) is preferably made of a sinter of iron, neodymium and boron (so-called neodymium magnet).
