Abstract
Młyn magnetyczny zawiera cylindryczną komorę roboczą (4) z ferromagnetycznymi mielnikami (5) jest umieszczona wewnątrz korpusu (1). Pomiędzy magnesami (2), a zewnętrzną powierzchnią boczną cylindrycznej komory roboczej (4) jest osadzona obrotowo wewnętrzna osłonowa rura (6) wprowadzana w ruch obrotowy za pomocą zespołu napędowego (10), wykonana z materiału izolującego pole magnetyczne, posiadająca na swym obwodzie podłużne wycięcia (7) przeznaczone do kierowania pola magnetycznego do wnętrza cylindrycznej komory roboczej (4). Z wewnętrzną osłonową rurą (6) jest sprzężona dodatkowa osłonowa rura (8), wykonana z materiału izolującego pole magnetyczne, posiadająca podłużne wycięcia (9) pokrywające się z co najmniej częścią podłużnych wycięć (7) wewnętrznej osłonowej rury (6). Ponadto dodatkowa osłonowa rura (8) ma dodatkowy zespół napędowy (12) do skokowego kątowego przemieszczania tej dodatkowej osłonowej rury (8) względem wewnętrznej osłonowej rury (6).The magnetic mill contains a cylindrical working chamber (4) with ferromagnetic grinders (5) located inside the body (1). Between the magnets (2) and the outer side surface of the cylindrical working chamber (4) is rotatably mounted an inner casing pipe (6) put into rotation by means of the drive unit (10), made of material isolating the magnetic field, having on its circumference longitudinal notches (7) intended to direct the magnetic field into the interior of the cylindrical working chamber (4). An additional protective tube (8) is coupled to the inner casing pipe (6), made of a material that insulates the magnetic field, having longitudinal notches (9) coinciding with at least part of the longitudinal notches (7) of the inner casing pipe (6). Furthermore, the additional casing pipe (8) has an additional drive assembly (12) for stepwise angular displacement of this additional casing pipe (8) relative to the inner casing pipe (6).
