Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest paleta do manipulowania sa- dzonkami roslin majaca zastosowanie w procesach uprawy roslin poza gruntem lub ich transportu i sprzedazy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem z góry pierwszej odmiany palety, a fig. 2 widokiem z góry drugiej odmiany palet, poza tym fig. 3 jest wspólnym dla kazdej z odmian wzoru przekrojem czastkowym plaszczyzna pionowa przechodzaca przez kanal. Paleta wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego ma postac prostokat- nej plyty, która w widoku z góry ma piec rzedów równych otworów kanalów roz- mieszczonych po siedem w kazdym rzedzie, przy czym powierzchnie kanalów sa zbiezne i odwzorowuja fragmenty pobocznie ostroslupów scietych o podsta- wach kwadratów, ponadto na powierzchni plyty, a miedzy otworami kanalów oraz wzdluz jej boków, widoczne sa otwory prostokatne oraz cztery otwory cylindryczne, ponadto w widoku z boku spod krawedzi dolnej plyty górnej wy- chodzi rzad scianek kanalów, majacych postac rzedu równych trapezów,natomiast po nizej krawedzi dolnych scianek kanalów widoczne sa cztery kolki cylindryczne. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a pallet for manipulating plant seedlings, used in the process of growing plants outside the ground or transporting and selling them. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a top view of the first variant of the pallet, and Fig. 2 is a top view of the second variant of the pallet. Furthermore, Fig. 3 is a partial cross-section of a vertical plane passing through a channel common to each variant of the design. The pallet according to the first variant of the industrial design has the form of a rectangular plate which, in a top view, has five rows of equal channel openings, arranged seven in each row, where the surfaces of the channels are convergent and represent fragments of laterally truncated pyramids with square bases; moreover, on the surface of the plate, and between the channel openings and along its sides, there are visible rectangular openings and four cylindrical openings; moreover, in a side view, from under the lower edge of the upper plate, there is a row of channel walls in the form of a row of equal trapezoids, while below the edge of the lower channel walls, four cylindrical pins are visible. The pallet according to the second variant of the industrial design has the form of a rectangular plate which, in a top view, has four rows of equal channel openings, three in each row, where the channel surfaces are convergent and represent fragments of the side walls of truncated pyramids with bases. Furthermore, on the surface of the plate, between the channel openings and along its sides, there are visible rectangular openings, as well as four cylindrical openings. Moreover, in a side view, a row of channel walls protrudes from under the lower edge of the upper plate, in the form of a row of equal trapezoids, while four cylindrical pins are visible below the edge of the lower channel walls.
