Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest regal narozny do ekspozycji towarów, zbudowany na planie cwiartki kola. Znane sa narozne laczniki regalów na planie kwadratu ze scietym jednym narozem, a takze samodzielne konstrukcje na planie trójkata. Regal narozny wedlug obecnego wzoru przemyslowego ma cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci przejawiajace sie w ksztalcie i formie zarówno regalu jako zmontowanej calosci, jego laczników umozliwiajacych zestawienie regalów o dowolnej wysokosci, jego poszczególnych pólek w ksztalcie cwiartki kola oraz w ukladzie elementów wzmacniajacych, jak równiez i w tym, ze co najmniej dwa regaly wedlug wzoru mozna zestawiac w rozliczne uklady przestrzenne zróznicowane pod wzgledem ilosci poziomów ekspozycyjnych poszczególnych regalów, jak i wzajemnej orientacji krawedzi poszczególnych regalów w przestrzeni. Zgodnie z obecnym wzorem przemyslowym pólki regalu naroznego oraz laczniki moga byc wytwarzane w róznych wymiarach, co pozwala zestawiac je w regaly o dowolnych parametrach wytrzymalosciowych, dostosowanych do wlasciwosci eksponowanych towarów. Cechy istotne obecnego wzoru przemyslowego: • Regal narozny wedlug obecnego wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony na materiale ilustracyjnym Fig. 1 i 2 sklada sie z kilku poziomych pólek (i) w ksztalcie cwiartki kola, polaczonych trzema katownikowymi lacznikami (2) osadzonymi w szczelinowych gniazdach osadczych (3), usytuowanych w narozach zarówno na górnej, jak i na dolnej powierzchni kazdej pólki (1), przy czym najnizsza pólka (I) jest osadzona na trzech nózkach (4) w formie skróconych laczników (2). • Kazda pólka (I) regalu naroznego wedlug wzoru ma na obrzezach wzmocnienie (5) ponizej i powyzej wszystkich krawedzi, w obrebie których, w narozach uformowane sa szczelinowe gniazda osadcze (3), a od spodu - uklad przecinajacych sie lukowatych zeber wzmacniajacych (6). • Odmiana regalu naroznego przedstawiona na materiale ilustracyjnym Fig. 3 przystosowana jest do wiekszych obciazen i sklada sie z kilku poziomych, pólek (1) w ksztalcie cwiartki kola, polaczonych lacznikami (7) w ksztalcie rurek lub slupków, osadzonymi w gniazdach osadczych (2) o ksztalcie dostosowanym do przekroju laczników (7) i usytuowanych zarówno na górnej jak i na dolnej powierzchni kazdej pólki (1) w granicach jej obrysu zewnetrznego, a najnizsza pólka (I) opiera sie na nózkach (8) uksztaltowanych tak samo jak laczniki (7). • Regal narozny wedlug obecnego wzoru oraz jego odmiana moze obejmowac szereg pólek (1) polaczonych lacznikami (2, 7), przy czym wymiary pólek (i) oraz wysokosc laczników (2, 7) sa dostosowane do eksponowanych towarów. • Kilka regalów naroznych wedlug obecnego wzoru lub jego odmiany moze byc zestawionych w dowolna forme przestrzenna, jak przykladowo przedstawione na rysunku Fig. 4, to jest na planie, kola, pólkola, kokardki, listka, kwiatu, girlandy lub tp., o identycznej lub zróznicowanej wysokosci poszczególnych regalów stanowiacych elementy skladowe zestawu. Corner shelf connectors are known, with a square plan with one corner cut off, as well as standalone structures with a triangular plan. The corner shelf, according to the current industrial design, possesses novel and original features, manifested in the shape and form of the shelf as an assembled unit, its connectors, which allow for the assembly of shelves of any height, its individual shelves in a quarter-circle shape, and the arrangement of reinforcing elements. Furthermore, at least two shelves, as designed, can be combined into numerous spatial arrangements, varying in terms of the number of display levels of individual shelves and the relative orientation of the edges of individual shelves in space. In accordance with the current industrial design, the shelves of the corner shelving unit and the connectors can be manufactured in various dimensions, which allows them to be assembled into shelving units with any strength parameters, adapted to the properties of the goods being displayed. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1a is a drawing of a corner shelf with three display levels in a perspective view from above, Fig. 1b shows the same shelf in a perspective view from below, Fig. 2a shows a single shelf of a corner shelf according to the pattern in a perspective view from above, Fig. 2b shows a single shelf of a corner shelf according to the pattern in a perspective view from below, Fig. 3a is a drawing of a variant of a corner shelf with three display levels in a perspective view from above, Fig. 3b shows the same shelf in a perspective view from below, and Fig. 4a-e illustrates exemplary spatial arrangements obtained by combining four, three, four and six shelves, respectively, according to the pattern or its variant, and Fig. 4f shows a top view of the next two arrangements of six and eight shelves. according to the pattern or its variant. Essential features of the current industrial design: • The corner shelf according to the current industrial design shown in illustrative material Fig. 1 and 2 consists of several horizontal shelves (i) in the shape of a quarter circle, connected by three angle connectors (2) mounted in slotted mounting sockets (3), located in the corners both on the upper and lower surface of each shelf (1), with the lowest shelf (I) being mounted on three legs (4) in the form of shortened connectors (2). • Each shelf (I) of the corner shelf according to the pattern has reinforcement (5) on its edges below and above all edges, within which, slotted mounting sockets (3) are formed in the corners, and at the bottom - a system of intersecting arched reinforcing ribs (6). • The corner shelf variant shown in Fig. 3 is designed for heavier loads and consists of several horizontal, quarter-circle-shaped shelves (1), connected by connectors (7) in the form of tubes or posts, mounted in mounting sockets (2) with a shape adapted to the cross-section of the connectors (7) and situated both on the upper and lower surfaces of each shelf (1) within its external outline, and the lowest shelf (I) rests on legs (8) shaped the same as the connectors (7). • The corner shelf according to the present design and its variant may include a number of shelves (1) connected by connectors (2, 7), wherein the dimensions of the shelves (i) and the height of the connectors (2, 7) are adapted to the displayed goods. • Several corner shelves according to the current design or its variations can be arranged in any spatial form, as for example shown in Fig. 4, i.e. in the form of a circle, semicircle, bow, leaf, flower, garland, etc., with the individual shelves constituting the set having identical or different heights.
