Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a pallet for manipulating plant seedlings, used in the process of growing plants outside the ground or transporting and selling them. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a top view of the pallet, and Fig. 2 is a partial cross-section of the vertical plane. The pallet, according to the industrial design, has the form of a rectangular plate, which, in a top view, has four rows of equal channel openings, arranged six in each row, with the channel surfaces converging and representing fragments of the side surfaces of truncated cones.
