Hybrydowe urządzenie wibracyjne, zwłaszcza do stabilizacji wymiarów wyrobów metalowych, posiada wibrator oraz układ napędowy dwuźródłowy, który realizuje drgania mechaniczne oraz ma układ sterowania (1) z modułem pomiarowym, wyposażony w system mikroprocesorowy z oprogramowaniem. Układ sterowania (1) jest sprzężony z układem napędowym indukcyjnym (3) oraz układem napędowym pneumatycznym (5), stanowiące układ napędowy dwuźródłowy, a każdy napęd posiada odpowiedni wibrator (4, 6) którego częstotliwość obrotów, w odrębnych czasowo fazach działania, zadawana jest z układu sterowania (1) każdorazowo w zakresie częstotliwości rezonansowych stabilizowanego obiektu (7) aż do uzyskania zadanych wartości parametrów.The hybrid vibrating device, especially for stabilizing the dimensions of metal products, has a vibrator and a two-source drive system that realizes mechanical vibrations and has a control system (1) with a measuring module, equipped with a microprocessor system with software. The control system (1) is coupled with the induction drive system (3) and the pneumatic drive system (5), constituting a two-source drive system, and each drive has an appropriate vibrator (4, 6), the rotation frequency of which is set in separate time phases of operation from the control system (1) each time in the resonant frequency range of the stabilized object (7) until the desired parameter values are obtained.
