Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy związku o nazwie 3β,11α-dihydroksy-5α-chloro-6,19-oksidoandrostan-17-onu o wzorze 2 i sposób jego wytwarzania. Powyższy sposób polega na tym, że wyniku działania układu enzymatycznego zawartego w komórkach szczepu Isaria farinosa KCh KW1.1, następuje hydroliza grupy acetylowej przy C-3 i regioselektywna hydroksylacja w pozycji 11α substratu. Uzyskany w ten sposób produkt wydziela się z wodnej kultury mikroorganizmu, znanym sposobem, przez ekstrakcję rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym niemieszającym się z wodą (chloroform).The application relates to the compound named 3β,11α-dihydroxy-5α-chloro-6,19-oxidoandrostane-17-one of the formula 2 and the method of its preparation. The above method is based on the fact that as a result of the activity of the enzyme system contained in the cells of the Isaria farinosa KCh KW1.1 strain, the acetyl group at C-3 is hydrolysed and regioselective hydroxylation in the 11α position of the substrate occurs. The product thus obtained is isolated from the aqueous culture of the micro-organism in a known manner by extraction with a water-immiscible organic solvent (chloroform).
