Łatwootwieralne zamknięcie zrywane butelki napojowej składające się z wytłoczki, uchwytu i uszczelki wyściełającej wnętrze wytłoczki zapewniającej obwodowe uszczelnienie, gdzie wytłoczka posiada górną płaszczyznę zamykającą i pobocznicę ukształtowaną z zewnętrznej części górnej płaszczyzny zamykającej, natomiast uchwyt jest połączony z pobocznicą, gdzie wytłoczka posiada nacięcia przebiegające po obu stronach uchwytu od pobocznicy poprzez górną płaszczyznę umożliwiające zerwanie zamknięcia charakteryzuje się tym, że uszczelka (3) jest przytwierdzona do wewnętrznej powierzchni górnej płaszczyzny zamykającej (1) i obejmuje powierzchnię większą niż powierzchnia ograniczona przez nacięcia (4) przebiegające przez górną płaszczyznę wytłoczki.
