Pojemnik na odpadki Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 05.08.1999 Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik na odpadki. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika na odpadki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni.Wzór uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku od tylu i fig. 4 - pojemnik w widoku z góry. Pojemnik na odpadki ma ksztalt zblizony do graniastoslupa, posiadajacego zebra o zarysie zblizonym do trapezu usytuowane wzdluz pionowych i poziomych krawedzi graniastoslupa oraz poziomo, powyzej polowy wysokosci granistoslupa. Pojemnik posiada u dolu podstawe w ksztalcie scietego ostroslupa, usytuowanego na plaskim graniastoslupie, zas u góry ma zwienczenie w ksztalcie odwróconego scietego ostroslupa, na którym usytuowany jest plaski granoastoslup. Powyzej tego zwienczenia pojemnik ma pokrywe w ksztalcie scietego ostroslupa, usytuowanego na plaskim graniastoslupie i posiadajaca dwa wystepy przy jednym z boków tego granistoslupa. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of waste container, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and surfaces. The design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a front view, Fig. 2 - the container in a side view, Fig. 3 - the container in a back view, and Fig. 4 - the container in a top view. The waste container has a shape similar to a prism, with ribs with a trapezoidal outline located along the vertical and horizontal edges of the prism, and horizontally, above half the height of the prism. The container has a base at the bottom in the shape of a truncated pyramid, placed on a flat prism, and at the top it has a cap in the shape of an inverted truncated pyramid, on which a flat prism is placed.
