Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Górna czesc korpusu ma ksztalt kopulki zlozonej z czterech scian pochylych i zbieznych ku szyjce butelki, przy czym krawedzie pomiedzy scianami sa zaokraglone, a dolne krawedzie kopulki, na scianach prostopadloscianu sa lukowo zakrzywione. Na calej powierzchni kopulki znajduja sie liczne elementy ozdobne w postaci zakrzywiajacych sie pasm o róznej dlugosci oraz na kazdej scianie kopulki znajduje sie ozdobny element w ksztalcie liscia utworzony przez pasmowe elementy. Butelka w drugiej odmianie wzoru ma korpus zakonczony szyjka. Dolna czesc korpusu butelki ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych narozach. Przy podstawie korpus butelki posiada obwodowy wystep o jednakowej wysokosci. Górna czesc korpusu ma ksztalt kopulki zlozonej z czterech scian pochylych i zbieznych ku szyjce butelki, przy czym krawedzie pomiedzy scianami sazaokraglone, a dolne krawedzie kopulki, na scianach prostopadloscianu sa lukowo zakrzywione. Na calej powierzchni kopulki znajduja sie liczne elementy ozdobne w postaci zakrzywiajacych sie pasm o róznej dlugosci oraz na kazdej scianie kopulki znajduje sie ozdobny element w ksztalcie liscia utworzony przez pasmowe elementy. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The bottle in the first design variant has a body ending in a neck. The lower part of the bottle body is shaped like a cuboid with rounded corners. At the base, the bottle body has a circumferential protrusion of equal height. The upper part of the body is shaped like a dome, composed of four inclined walls converging towards the bottle neck, with the edges between the walls being rounded, and the lower edges of the dome, on the cuboid walls, are curved into arcs. The entire surface of the dome features numerous decorative elements in the form of curving bands of varying lengths, and each face of the dome features a leaf-shaped decorative element formed by the banded elements. The bottle in the second design variant has a body ending in a neck. The lower part of the bottle body is shaped like a cuboid with rounded corners. At the base, the bottle body has a circumferential projection of equal height. The upper part of the body is dome-shaped, composed of four walls sloping and converging towards the bottleneck, with the edges between the walls being rounded, and the lower edges of the dome, on the cuboid walls, being arc-curved. The entire surface of the dome features numerous decorative elements in the form of curving bands of varying lengths, and on the front and rear walls of the dome is a leaf-shaped decorative element formed by banded elements. The bottle in the third design variant has a dome-shaped upper part of the bottle body, composed of four walls sloping and converging towards the bottleneck, with the edges between the walls being rounded, and the lower edges of the dome being arc-curved. The entire surface of the dome features numerous decorative elements in the form of curving bands of varying lengths, and each wall of the dome features a leaf-shaped decorative element formed by the banded elements. The bottle in the fourth design variant features a dome-shaped upper body composed of four walls sloping and converging towards the neck of the bottle, with the edges between the walls being rounded and the lower edges of the dome curved into an arc. The entire surface of the dome features numerous decorative elements in the form of curving bands of varying lengths, and on the front and rear walls of the dome, there is a leaf-shaped decorative element formed by the banded elements. The essential features of the bottle in the first variant of the industrial design are that the lower part of the bottle body has the shape of a cuboid with rounded corners, and at the base the bottle body has a circumferential projection of the same height, while the upper part of the body has the shape of a dome composed of four inclined walls converging towards the neck of the bottle, wherein the edges between the walls are rounded and the lower edges of the dome, on the walls of the cuboid are curved in an arc, and on the entire surface of the dome there are numerous decorative elements in the form of curved strips of different lengths, and on each wall of the dome there is a decorative element in the shape of a leaf formed by striped elements, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1. The essential features of the bottle in the second variant of the industrial design are that the lower part of the bottle body has the shape of a cuboid with rounded corners, and at the base the bottle body has a circumferential projection of the same height, and the upper part of the body has the shape of a dome composed of four walls inclined and converging towards the neck of the bottle, wherein the edges between the walls are rounded and the lower edges of the dome on the walls of the cuboid are curved into arcs, while on the entire surface of the dome there are numerous decorative elements in the form of curved bands of different lengths and on the front and rear walls of the dome there is a decorative element in the shape of a leaf formed by banded elements, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1.2, 2.2, 3.2, 4.2, 5.2. The essential features of the bottle in the third variant of the industrial design are that it has an upper part of the bottle body in the shape of a dome composed of four walls inclined and converging towards the neck of the bottle, wherein the edges between the walls are rounded and the lower edges of the dome are curved in an arc, and on the entire surface of the dome there are numerous decorative elements in the form of curved bands of different lengths and on each wall of the dome there is a decorative element in the shape of a leaf, formed by banded elements, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1.3, 2.3, 3.3, 4.3.
