Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania granulatu z odpadu perlitowego na drodze granulacji, z użyciem wodnego roztworu szkła wodnego polega na tym, że stosuje się pył perlitowy o uziarnieniu do 0,1 mm i wilgotności do 0,05, przy czym granulację prowadzi się w granulatorze (1), którego talerz obraca się z prędkością 8 - 25 obr/min, do którego wprowadza się w sposób ciągły, ze stałą wydajnością, pył perlitowy z jednoczesnym nawilżaniem złoża pyłu perlitowego za pomocą zestawu dysz 50 - 90% wodnym roztworem szkła wodnego o temperaturze 10 - 28°C, wprowadzanym pod ciśnieniem 10 - 30 kPa, w ilości takiej, że wydajność przepływu roztworu szkła wodnego wynosi 0,5 - 3 wydajności dostarczanego pyłu perlitowego, następnie wytworzone granule przesypuje się grawitacyjnie, w sposób ciągły, poprzez nachyloną burtę talerza granulatora (1) do obracającego się z prędkością 6 - 20 obrotów na minutę talerza granulatora (2), gdzie prowadzi się proces pudrowania, w czasie którego na przesypujące się wilgotne i zgranulowane złoże nanosi się w sposób ciągły pył perlitowy z wydajnością wynoszącą 0,2 - 0,5 ilości złoża dostarczanego do talerza granulatora (2) z talerza granulatora (1), po czym otrzymane w trakcie pudrowania suche powierzchniowo, nie zlepiające się granulki przesypuje się w sposób ciągły z talerza granulatora (2) przez pochyloną burtę i kieruje do procesu suszenia, przy czym stosuje się granulatory talerzowe o pracy ciągłej pochylone do poziomu pod kątem 41 - 49°, przy czym objętość talerza granulatora (2) jest 1,5 - 2 razy większa od objętości talerza granulatora (1).The method of producing granules from perlite waste by granulation, using an aqueous solution of water glass, consists in using perlite dust with a grain size of up to 0.1 mm and a moisture content of up to 0.05, while granulation is carried out in a granulator (1), the disc rotates at a speed of 8 - 25 rev / min, into which perlite dust is continuously fed with a constant efficiency, while at the same time moistening the bed of perlite dust with a set of nozzles 50 - 90% aqueous solution of water glass at a temperature of 10 - 28 ° C, introduced at a pressure of 10-30 kPa, in an amount such that the flow efficiency of the water glass solution is 0.5-3 of the perlite dust supplied, then the produced granules are poured by gravity, continuously, through the inclined side of the granulator plate (1 ) to the granulator disc (2) rotating at a speed of 6 - 20 revolutions per minute, where the powdering process is carried out, during which the moist and granulated zlotys are poured perlite dust is applied continuously with a capacity of 0.2 - 0.5 of the amount of bed supplied to the granulator plate (2) from the granulator plate (1), then the dry surface, non-sticky granules obtained during powdering are poured into continuously from the granulator disc (2) through the inclined side and directed to the drying process, with the use of continuous disc granulators inclined to the horizontal at an angle of 41 - 49 °, while the volume of the granulator disc (2) is 1.5 - 2 times greater than the volume of the granulator disc (1).
