Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania granulowanego nawozu wapniowo - magnezowego, z materiału sypkiego, w postaci błota posaturacyjnego i mączki drobnoziarnistego dolomitu, na drodze ich granulacji, z użyciem wody do ich nawilżania podczas granulacji, polegający na tym, że jako materiał sypki stosuje się błoto posaturacyjne o wilgotności do 0,5 i o uziarnieniu do 2,5 mm oraz mączkę drobnoziarnistego dolomitu o wilgotności do 0,05 i uziarnieniu do 0,5 mm, przy czym granulację prowadzi się w talerzu granulatora (1) obracającego się z prędkością 8 - 25 obr/min, do którego wprowadza się w sposób ciągły, ze stałą wydajnością, błoto posaturacyjne z jednoczesnym nawilżaniem złoża błota posaturacyjnego za pomocą zestawu dysz wodą o temperaturze 10 - 21°C, wprowadzaną w postaci kropel o średnicy do 6 mm lub w postaci strugi, pod ciśnieniem 10 - 30 kPa, w ilości takiej, że wydajność przepływu cieczy nawilżającej wynosi 0,15 - 0,35 wydajności dostarczanego błota, następnie wytworzone granule przesypuje się grawitacyjnie, w sposób ciągły, poprzez nachyloną burtę talerza granulatora (1) do obracającego się z prędkością 6 - 20 obrotów na minutę talerza granulatora (2), gdzie prowadzi się proces pudrowania, w czasie którego na przesypujące się wilgotne i zgranulowane złoże nanosi się w sposób ciągły, mączkę drobnoziarnistego dolomitu z wydajnością wynoszącą 0,15 - 0,55 ilości złoża dostarczanego do talerza granulatora (2) z talerza granulatora (1), po czym otrzymane w trakcie pudrowania suche powierzchniowo, niezlepiające się granulki przesypuje się w sposób ciągły z talerza granulatora (2) przez pochyloną burtę, przy czym stosuje się granulatory talerzowe o pracy ciągłej pochylone do poziomu pod kątem 41 - 49°, przy czym objętość talerza granulatora (2) jest 1,5 - 2 razy większa od objętości talerza granulatora (1).The method of producing granulated calcium-magnesium fertilizer from loose material, in the form of post-saturation mud and fine-grained dolomite flour, by means of their granulation, using water to moisturize them during granulation, consisting in the use of post-saturation mud as a bulk material with humidity 0.5 and grain size up to 2.5 mm and fine-grained dolomite flour with moisture content up to 0.05 and grain size up to 0.5 mm, where the granulation is carried out in a plate of the granulator (1) rotating at a speed of 8 - 25 rpm, into which, after a constant flow, post-saturation mud with simultaneous moistening of the post-saturation mud bed by means of a set of nozzles with water at a temperature of 10 - 21 ° C, introduced in the form of droplets with a diameter of up to 6 mm or in the form of a stream at a pressure of 10 - 30 kPa, in an amount such that the moisturizing liquid flow efficiency is 0.15 - 0.35 of the supplied mud efficiency, then the granules produced are gravitated continuously, through the inclined side of the granulator plate (1) to the granulator plate (2) rotating at a speed of 6 - 20 rpm, where the powdering process is carried out, during which the the granulated bed is continuously applied, the fine-grained dolomite flour with a capacity of 0.15-0.55 the amount of bed delivered to the granulator plate (2) from the granulator plate (1), after which the dry, non-sticky granules obtained during powdering are poured continuously from the granulator plate (2) through the inclined side, whereby continuous plate disc granulators inclined to the level at an angle of 41 - 49 ° are used, the volume of the granulator plate (2) is 1.5 - 2 times larger the volume of the granulator plate (1).
