Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób i układ do oczyszczania i odzysku ciepła ze spalin odprowadzanych kominem polegający na tym, że komin (1) połączony jest z wymiennikiem ciepła (3), który połączony jest z filtrem pierwszego stopnia oczyszczania spalin (4), który z kolei połączony jest z filtrem drugiego stopnia oczyszczania spalin (5), zaś filtr drugiego stopnia oczyszczania spalin (5) połączony jest z wentylatorem (7). W kominie (1) przed wymiennikiem ciepła (3) znajduje się zestaw czujników (2a) do pomiaru temperatury i podciśnienia oraz stężenia cząstek aerozolowych i zanieczyszczeń chemicznych w nieoczyszczonych spalinach, a za filtrem drugiego stopnia oczyszczania spalin (5) znajduje się zestaw czujników (2b) do pomiaru temperatury i podciśnienia oraz stężenia cząstek aerozolowych i zanieczyszczeń chemicznych w oczyszczonych spalinach, które połączone są z modułem sterowania (6). Moduł sterowania (6) połączony jest z wentylatorem (7).The subject of the application is a method and system for purifying and recovering heat from flue gas discharged from a chimney, consisting in the fact that the chimney (1) is connected to a heat exchanger (3), which is connected to the filter of the first stage of exhaust gas purification (4), which in turn is connected it is connected to the exhaust gas treatment second stage filter (5), and the exhaust gas treatment second stage filter (5) is connected to the fan (7). In the chimney (1) in front of the heat exchanger (3) there is a set of sensors (2a) for measuring the temperature and vacuum as well as the concentration of aerosol particles and chemical pollutants in the raw exhaust gas, and behind the filter of the second stage of exhaust gas treatment (5) there is a set of sensors (2b) ) for measuring the temperature and vacuum as well as the concentration of aerosol particles and chemical pollutants in the purified exhaust gas, which are connected to the control module (6). The control module (6) is connected to the fan (7).
