Abstract
Urządzenie do oczyszczania i odzysku ciepła ze spalin emitowanych z komina składa się z obudowy urządzenia, w której znajduje się wymiennik ciepła (3) oraz filtr do usuwania cząstek aerozolowych (4), nad którymi znajduje się wentylator (5), przy czym na wlocie spalin do urządzenia znajdują się pierwsze czujniki temperatury i ciśnienia spalin (6a) oraz pierwsze czujniki stężenia cząstek i zanieczyszczeń chemicznych (7a), zaś przed wentylatorem (5) znajdują się drugie czujniki temperatury i ciśnienia spalin (6b) oraz drugie czujniki stężenia cząstek i zanieczyszczeń chemicznych (7b), przy czym czujniki temperatury i ciśnienia spalin (6a, 6b) oraz czujniki stężenia cząstek i zanieczyszczeń chemicznych (7a, 7b) połączone są z modułem sterowania (8), który połączony jest z wentylatorem (5).The device for cleaning and recovering heat from flue gases consists of a device housing with a heat exchanger (3) and a filter for removing aerosol particles (4) above which there is a fan (5), with the exhaust inlet the device has the first sensors for exhaust gas temperature and pressure (6a) and the first sensors for the concentration of particles and chemical impurities (7a), and in front of the fan (5) there are the second sensors for exhaust gas temperature and pressure (6b) and the second sensors for the concentration of particles and chemical pollutants (7b), where the exhaust gas temperature and pressure sensors (6a, 6b) as well as particles and chemical pollution sensors (7a, 7b) are connected to the control module (8), which is connected to the fan (5).
