Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób oczyszczania gazów odlotowych z pieców do wypalania klinkieru z tlenków azotu, siarki i rtęci, który charakteryzuje się tym, że w procesie przemiału surowca uzyskuje się odpowiednią wilgotność, temperaturę i stopień zapylenia gazów znajdujących się w układzie wypalania a następnie poprzez reaktor oczyszczania gazów (7) wprowadza się do nich utleniacz w formie mocno zdyspergowanych kropel-mgły ponadto w reaktorze (7) przeprowadzana jest retencja oczyszczanych gazów z wprowadzonym utleniaczem w czasie co najmniej 5 sek. a dodatkowe obniżenie emisji rtęci z oczyszczanych gazów uzyskuje się poprzez częściowe lub całkowite usuwanie pyłów z filtrów (8) oraz (10) powstałych po procesie końcowego odpylania i zwracanie ich do układu wypalania jako część mąki surowcowej a w przypadku wyższych stężeń rtęci częściowe lub całkowicie usuwane z układu wypalania poprzez by-pass. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też układ do oczyszczania gazów odlotowych z pieców do wypalania klinkieru z tlenków azotu, siarki i rtęci, składający się z pieca (1), cyklonowego wymiennika ciepła (2), wentylatorów (3, 10) młynowni surowca (4), filtrów (9, 11), charakteryzuje się tym, że pomiędzy młynownią surowca (4) a filtrem końcowym (9) wprowadzony jest dodatkowy układ składający się z odpylacza gazów (5), reaktora oczyszczania gazów (7) oraz wentylatora (8).The subject of the application is a method for purifying waste gases from clinker kilns from nitrogen, sulfur and mercury oxides, which is characterized by the fact that the milling process produces the appropriate humidity, temperature and dustiness of gases in the firing system and then through the purification reactor gases (7), the oxidant is introduced into them in the form of highly dispersed droplets-fog, moreover, in the reactor (7) the retention of purified gases with the introduced oxidant is carried out for at least 5 seconds. and additional reduction of mercury emissions from the treated gases is obtained by partial or complete removal of dust from filters (8) and (10) formed after the final dedusting process and returning them to the firing system as part of the raw flour and in the case of higher mercury concentrations partially or completely removed from by-pass firing system. The application also includes a system for purifying waste gases from clinker kilns from nitrogen, sulfur and mercury oxides, consisting of a furnace (1), a cyclone heat exchanger (2), fans (3, 10) a raw mill (4), filters ( 9, 11), is characterized by the fact that an additional system is introduced between the mill (4) and the final filter (9) consisting of a gas separator (5), a gas cleaning reactor (7) and a fan (8).
