Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania skonsolidowanych włóknistych agrokompozytów płaskich w postaci agrowłóknin biodegradowalnych do zastosowań w rolnictwie, polega na tym że w pierwszym etapie rozluźnia się surowiec w postaci odpadów wełny owczej do wytworzenia włókniny. Jednocześnie miesza się ten surowiec z surowcem bawełnianym, aż do uzyskania mieszaniny rozluźnionych włókien z surowca wełnianego oraz z surowca bawełnianego. Tak przygotowany surowiec układa się w postaci warstwy mieszaniny mechanicznie rozluźnionych włókien wełnianych i bawełnianych i w następnej kolejności włókna rozdrabnia się. Dalej surowiec włóknisty poddaje się zgrzebleniu i układa się warstwę uzyskanego surowca w postaci runa i na tę warstwę zadaje się warstwę suszu, po czym tak uzyskany pokład runa z zadaną frakcją suszu zagęszcza się, a następnie igłuje się tak zagęszczoną warstwę runa z frakcją suszu. Further, the fibrous raw material is carded and a layer of the obtained raw material in the form of a fleece is laid, and a dried layer is applied to this layer, after which the fleece layer thus obtained with a given dried fraction is compacted, and then the thickened fleece layer with a dried fraction is needled. The agrotextile is collected as a final product through a set of rollers, and then the finished product is wound on rollers for transport. The resulting mixture of relaxed wool and cotton fibers is moistened to a moisture content of 8% to 12% moisture content, and then the loose fibers are torn apart. Dried bean plants in the first stage are dried to a moisture content below 5%, and then the dried fractions are separated from the fibrous fractions with a length of 1 mm to 4 mm and before this thickening, a layer of the said dried fraction is poured onto this layer of fleece.
