Abstract
Zgłoszenie przedstawia komplet profili i elementów montażowych ościeży okien, drzwi lub fasad. Opisuje on także sposób montażu okien, drzwi lub fasad realizowany przy użyciu opracowanych profili i elementów kompletu. W skład kompletu wchodzi co najmniej jeden - wykonany z kompozytu - wypełniający profil (1), który przytwierdzany jest do ramy (2) elementu wmontowywanego w otworze muru (3), to jest do ramy (2) okna, drzwi lub fasady. W skład kompletu wchodzi także co najmniej jeden - kompatybilny z profilem (1) - ścienny profil. Jest on przytwierdzany na murze (3) i stanowi element bazy, w której umieszczany jest wmontowywany element. Wewnętrzny obrys bazy odpowiada dokładnie zewnętrznemu obrysowi wmontowywanego elementu z przytwierdzonymi dookoła niego wypełniającymi profilami (1). Natomiast przedstawiony sposób montażu okien, drzwi lub fasad, polega na tym, że dokonując ich montażu przygotowuje się w otworze lub wokół zabudowywanego otworu muru (3) bazę, w której umieszczony zostanie wmontowywany element i wyznacza się płaszczyznę poziomą oraz pionową, która odpowiada płaszczyźnie oraz obudowuje się wmontowywany element co najmniej jednym wypełniającymi profilami (1), a na koniec wsuwa się obudowany, wmontowywany elementu do bazy i przytwierdza się go.The application presents a set of profiles and assembly elements for window, door or facade frames. However, the presented method of installing windows, doors or facades consists in the fact that when they are assembled, a base is prepared in the hole or around the wall opening (3) in which the mounted element will be placed and a horizontal and vertical plane is determined, which corresponds to the plane and the embedded element is enclosed with at least one filling profiles (1), and finally the embedded, mounted element is inserted into the base and fixed.
