Abstract
Urządzenie do nacinania łuski cebuli posiada napędzany bezpośrednio z zespołu napędowego (2), taśmowy zabierak górny (1), który usytuowany jest nad zespołem tnącym w pozycji równoległej do niego. Zespół tnący napędzany jest silnikiem elektrycznym (4) za pośrednictwem paska klinowego (6) i kół pasowych (5 i 7), a stanowią go co najmniej dwie rolki (8) osadzone w jednej płaszczyźnie równolegle względem siebie w nieznacznej odległości jedna od drugiej. Rolki (8) posiadają walcowe wkładki ciasno osadzone na wałku, pomiędzy którymi, również ciasno, osadzone są talerzowe noże tnące o średnicy minimalnie większej od średnicy wkładek walcowych. Taśmowy zabierak górny (1) stanowi połączona w pętlę taśma z prostopadle do jej powierzchni i równolegle względem siebie zamocowanymi na trwałe popychaczami mającymi w przekroju poprzecznym kształt przypominający teownik. Korzystnie jest, gdy noże tnące wraz z walcowymi wkładkami rozmieszczone są na wałkach w różnych konfiguracjach.
