Abstract

Łożysko toczne, w którym elementy toczne są obciążone, wyposażone w separator rozdzielający elementy toczne, w którym na bieżni, po której przesuwają się elementy toczne, znajduje się co najmniej jeden rowek, charakteryzuje się tym, że brzegi rowka (4) są usytuowane pod kątem a od 4,5° do 80° względem kierunku ruchu elementów tocznych (3), a w separatorze otwory pod elementy toczne są wykonane pod skosem tak, że kąt ß pomiędzy prostą łączącą środek separatora ze środkiem otworu pod element toczny (3), a styczną do elementu tocznego (3) w punkcie styku tego elementu z separatorem ma wartość ß > arctg µ, gdzie µ oznacza współczynnik tarcia ślizgowego współpracy materiału elementu tocznego (3) z materiałem separatora.
