Abstract

Zgłoszenie przedstawia sposób i urządzenie do usuwania nadruku z cylindrycznego opakowania metalowego, mające swoje zastosowanie przy zagospodarowaniu nadwyżek produkcyjnych opakowań metalowych w postaci puszek, zwłaszcza napojowych. Istota sposobu i urządzenia do usuwania nadruku z cylindrycznego opakowania metalowego, z użyciem obracającego się elementu ściernego, polega na tym, że zadrukowane opakowanie metalowe (1) umieszcza się jednym końcem w uchwycie (2) i dociska do niego z drugiej strony, następnie poddaje się ruchowi obrotowemu z prędkością od 100 do 1000 obr/min, po czym do zadrukowanej powierzchni obracającego się opakowania przesuwa się element ścierny (7) obracający się z prędkością od 400 do 8000 obr/min i ściera się warstwę nadruku z powierzchni opakowania, przy czym w trakcie ścierania rozpyla się dyszą natryskową (9) wodę w kierunku oczyszczonej z nadruku powierzchni opakowania. Uchwytowi z zadrukowanym opakowaniem metalowym nadaje się ruch obrotowy poprzez pasek zębaty (3), który napędzany jest silnikiem elektrycznym (4), a na drugi koniec, opakowania nakłada się rolkę dociskową (5), która przez obecność sprężyny (6) dociska opakowanie metalowe do uchwytu, po czym umiejscowione pomiędzy uchwytem a rolką dociskową opakowanie metalowe przesuwa się w kierunku szczotki walcowej (7), która obraca się w osi równoległej do osi obrotu opakowania metalowego i która napędzana jest silnikiem elektrycznym (8).The application presents a method and device for removing printing from a cylindrical metal packaging, applicable in utilizing the surplus production of metal packaging in the form of cans, especially beverage cans. The essence of the method and device for removing printing from a cylindrical metal package, using a rotating abrasive element, is that the printed metal package (1) is placed with one end in the holder (2) and pressed against it from the other side, then it is subjected rotational motion at a speed of 100 to 1000 rpm, then the abrasive element (7) rotates at a speed of 400 to 8000 rpm to the printed surface of the rotating packaging and the print layer from the packaging surface is rubbed off, during grinding, water is sprayed with the spray nozzle (9) towards the cleaned surface of the packaging. The handle with printed metal packaging is given rotational motion through a toothed belt (3), which is driven by an electric motor (4), and on the other end of the packaging a pressure roller (5) is applied, which by the presence of a spring (6) presses the metal packaging to positioned between the handle and the pressure roller, the metal package moves towards the cylindrical brush (7), which rotates in an axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the metal package and which is driven by an electric motor (8).
