Abstract

Filtr kieszeniowy zawiera ramową konstrukcję nośną z co najmniej dwiema kieszeniami filtracyjnym, a ramowa konstrukcja posiada równoległe parami elementy profilowe (1a) połączone łącznikami (3) narożnymi oraz ma listwowe wkładki (4), przy czym każda kieszeń filtracyjna po stronie wlotu ma przyległe krawędzie osadzone w zacisku mocującym (6), którego końce osadzone są wewnątrz ramowej konstrukcji równolegle do jednej pary elementów profilowych (1a), a swobodne krawędzie odpowiednio mocuje się w elementach profilowych (1a) ramowej konstrukcji. Zaciski mocujące (6) osadzone są w otworach (7) listwowych wkładek (4), wykonanych przelotowo na długości co najmniej jednej pary elementów profilowych (1a), przy czym listwowe wkładki (4) osadzone są na długości między łącznikami (3) elementów profilowych (1a) oraz pozycjonowane w nich wzajemnie przez podpory na powierzchni ścianki usztywniającej (5b) dolnej i górnej każdego łącznika (3). Profil zacisku mocującego kieszeń filtracyjną w ramowej konstrukcji (1a), posiada skrajnie usytuowane elementy wpustowe i wypustowe do tworzenia w zacisku co najmniej jednego złącza pozycjonującego a dla złącza blokującego ma elementy blokujące wyposażone w zaczepy oraz komory. Element blokujący i komora osadcza są tak uformowane i mają dobrane wymiary, które nadają im taki kształt, że element blokujący można wciskowo przeprowadzać przez komorę osadczą drugiego profilu a jego górna część odkształca się sprężyście tak, że dystansujący koniec zaczepu ustala położenie odpowiadającego elementu wypustowego.
