Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest oksym 5,7,4'-tripropoksynaringenina oraz sposób jej otrzymywania. Sposób ten polega na tym, że do substratu, którym jest 5,7,4'-tripropoksynaringenina o wzorze 1 dodaje się chlorowodorek hydroksyloaminy oraz bezwodny octan sodu w stosunku molowym co najmniej 1:1,5:1,5 oraz minimalną ilość alkoholu, co stanowi mieszaninę reakcyjną, którą zabezpiecza się przed dostępem światła i pozostawia w temperaturze od 45°C do 55°C na okres od 20 do 30 godzin przy ciągłym mieszaniu, po czym mieszaninę wylewa się do wody z lodem, wytrącony osad sączy się pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem, a następnie otrzymany surowy produkt oczyszcza się.The subject of the application is 5,7,4'-tripropoxynaringenine oxime and the method of its preparation.
