Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób utleniania limonenu do 1,2-epoksylimonenu, gdzie za pomocą 5M roztworu wodoronadtlenku t-butylu w dekanie w obecności katalizatorów tytanowo-silikalitowych Ti-SBA-15, Ti-MWW, Ti-MCM-41 i TS-1 w ilości 3% wagowych w mieszaninie reakcyjnej, przy stosunku molowym limonen/utleniacz 1:1, charakteryzuje się tym, że proces bez dodatku rozpuszczalnika prowadzi się pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym w temperaturze 80°C, w czasie 6 godzin, stosując intensywność mieszania 500 obr/min. Korzystnie surowce wprowadza się do reaktora w następującej kolejności: limonen, katalizator i na końcu utleniacz.The subject of the application is a method of oxidation of limonene to 1,2-epoxylimonene, where using a 5M solution of t-butyl hydroperoxide in decane in the presence of Ti-SBA-15, Ti-MWW, Ti-MCM-41 and TS-1 titanium-silicon catalysts 3% by weight in the reaction mixture, at a molar ratio of limonene / oxidant 1: 1, is characterized in that the solvent-free process is carried out at atmospheric pressure at 80 ° C for 6 hours using a stirring speed of 500 rpm .
