Abstract

Sposób epoksydacji limonenu za pomocą wodnego roztworu nadtlenku wodoru, w obecności katalizatora tytanowo - silikalitowego oraz rozpuszczalnika, charakteryzuje się tym, że jako katalizator tytanowo - silikalitowy stosuje się katalizator TS - 1 w ilości 3% wagowych w mieszaninie reakcyjnej, przy czym proces prowadzi się 60% roztworem wodnym nadtlenku wodoru, w temperaturach 0 - 120°C, przy stosunku molowym limonen/utleniacz = 1 : 2, w czasie od 0,5 h do 24 h.The method of epoxidation of limonene by means of an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution in the presence of a titanium silicalite catalyst and a solvent is characterized by the fact that a TS-1 catalyst in the amount of 3% by weight in the reaction mixture is used as a titanium-silicalite catalyst, the process being carried out 60 % aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, at temperatures from 0 - 120 ° C, with a limonene / oxidant molar ratio = 1: 2, for 0.5 h to 24 h.
