Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania eteru diglicydolowego, polegający na epoksydacji eteru allilowo - glicydolowego za pomocą 60 - proc. nadtlenku wodoru w obecności katalizatora tytanowo - silikalitowego, charakteryzuje się tym, że jako katalizator tytanowo - silikalitowy stosuje się katalizator Ti-SBA-15. Proces prowadzi się pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym w temperaturze 0 - 100°C, stosując ilość katalizatora Ti-SBA-15 w mieszaninie reakcyjnej od 0,5 do 5,0% wagowych, w czasie od 15 do 240 minut, przy stosunku molowym eteru allilowo - glicydolowego do nadtlenku wodoru 0,03 : 1 - 4 : 1. Proces prowadzi się w środowisku wodnym, przy czym woda jest wprowadzana z 60 - proc. nadtlenkiem wodoru do środowiska reakcyjnego a także powstaje w trakcie procesu.The method of obtaining diglycidol ether, consisting in epoxidation of allyl - glycidol ether with 60% Hydrogen peroxide in the presence of a titanium-silicalite catalyst, characterized by the use of a Ti-SBA-15 catalyst as the titanium-silicalite catalyst.
