Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozytu poliolefinowego z recyklingu, w którym to sposobie miesza się i rozdrabnia odpady z tworzyw sztucznych, następnie z uzyskanej mieszanki usuwa się zanieczyszczenia stałe oraz poddaje się mieszankę myciu wstępnemu z rozdrabnianiem, a następnie myciu właściwemu, przy czym umytą mieszankę poddaje się flotacji, usuwa się z mieszanki wodę i suszy się mieszankę strumieniem gorącego powietrza, a następnie mieszankę miesza się z wypełniaczem, wytłacza i regranuluje, a uzyskany regranulat pakuje się z opakowania zbiorcze. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że: miesza się i rozdrabnia odpady z tworzyw sztucznych zawierające w składzie: polietylen małej gęstości z recyklingu (rLDPE) w ilości od 50 do 75 części wagowych oraz liniowy polietylen małej gęstości z recyklingu (rLLDPE) w ilości od 25 do 50 części wagowych; przy czym jako wypełniacz stosuje się co najmniej jeden materiał nieorganiczny wybrany z grupy składającej się z: talku, kredy, miki oraz zeolitu w łącznej ilości w zakresie od 30 do 60 części wagowych.The subject of the application is a method of producing a polyolefin composite from recycling, in which the plastic waste is mixed and ground, then the resulting mixture is removed from solid impurities and the mixture is subjected to pre-washing with comminution, followed by proper washing, where the washed mixture is subjected flotation, water is removed from the mixture and the mixture is dried with a stream of hot air, and then the mixture is mixed with the filler, extruded and regranulated, and the resulting regranulate is packed from bulk packaging. This method is characterized by the fact that: plastic waste containing and mixing: low density polyethylene from recycling (rLDPE) in an amount of 50 to 75 parts by weight and linear low density polyethylene from recycling (rLLDPE) in an amount of 25 is mixed and shredded up to 50 parts by weight; wherein at least one inorganic material selected from the group consisting of talc, chalk, mica and zeolite is used as a filler in a total amount in the range of 30 to 60 parts by weight.
